EHS Stories - The Ghost Of Whitefield Lane
Whitefield lane was thought to be a haunted area in London. This area was rarely visited by people in London. Jake, Sam and Katie were three best friends. Jake was outgoing and is a daredevil, Sam is a very scared person, Katie was smart and very naughty. One July evening the three friends decided to go to Whitefield lane. Katie and Jake were very excited while Sam was almost in tears.They were walking in Whitefield lane when....
"Yahoo! We're going to see ghosts and I'm sure to fight!"said Jake. Then the three kids heard noises. "WOAH! What was that!" Sam cried. Then Katie saw a shadow in the dark and the streetlights turned off. "AHH!" yelled Katie and Sam. "Who cares about a shadow?" said Jake. All of a sudden the ground starts to shake and rocks block the exits of the lane. "AHH! MOMMY! HOW DO WE GET OUT?!?!" Sam yelled at the top of his lungs. Then Jake noticed a tall black house in the distance. " We should stay there" said Jake. Katie agreed. " ARE YOU CRAZY?!?! THE HOUSE COULD BE HAUNTED!!!" shrieked Sam. "As if the ghost can hurt us." said Jake. Suddenly Jake shaked and his face turned blue with his eyes black."What happened Jake?!" said Sam, fearfully. Katie said "I guess a spirit, or a GHOST possessed him!". Both of them gulped and Jake hissed in a scary manner "Yessss. There is no more Jake but instead THE GHOST OF WHITEFIELD LANE!!!!!!". Sam said "I told you this was a BAD IDEA!!". Katie and Sam ran into the tall black house but they did not know that the spirit lived in the house. Inside the house Katie said "We need to stay over night." Then Sam asked "Is there WiFi?". " Of course not! " replied Katie. "Then how will I live?! I need to check Facebook!" said Sam. Then Katie said "You have to deal with it."All of a sudden the lights went off and Sam yelled " OH MY GOD WHAT HAPPENED?? I WANT MY MOMMY!" Then a knife suddenly came zooming towards Katie's heart and Katie quickly dodged to the right. Katie saw a chair going straight towards Sam's head. Sam stood there in fear, crying about possibility of dying and that he would die without WiFi. Katie ran towards Sam and pushed him on the floor. Sam and Katie were safe for now....
"Sam! Why were you standing still instead of moving?!?! You could have died!" exclaimed Katie. Katie said "We need to stay here until tomorrow morning and then we can think of an escape plan. Spirits hate light so that is the perfect time." "Ok" Sam replied in a shaky voice obviously still in trauma due to the previous incidents with the WiFi and the flying chair mostly because of WiFi. Sam and Katie made their way upstairs, getting ready to sleep. Katie and Sam decided that they would sleep in separate bedrooms, even if Sam feared that the ghost would kill him. Katie's bedroom had one small bed for one person, a dressing table with a mirror and a small bathroom. Sam's room was almost identical to Katie's, but the only difference was his room had a window which was more dangerous. Katie went to the dressing table to see herself before sleeping and all of a sudden, the mirror shattered and a piece of the glass came flying towards Katie's heart. Katie had no time to dodge and as a result the glass pierced her heart. Katie fell to the floor, thinking how will Sam survive in this deadly place. The next morning, Sam went to Katie's room to wish Katie a good morning. He knocked on the door and said "Katie open the door!". He knew she must be awake because it is 5:30 am and she wakes up at 4:45 am. Sam knew this was true because Sam, Jake and Katie lived together in a boarding school. He started yelling "KATIE ARE YOU OKAY!?!?" He went and slammed open the door and almost fainted. He saw Katie lying on the floor, lifeless. He then noticed a piece of glass in her heart and a note next to her. It said: "I have taken your only hope of staying alive away. Now what will you do Scared Sam? HAHAHAHA!". Then Sam yells"I WILL NOT SPARE YOU!!!!!!". Sam ran downstairs trying to find the spirit to kill him but the spirit was right behind him. Sam went outside the house and saw that the walls of rocks had fallen down, giving space to exit the lane. Sam immediately ran towards one when a knife came speeding towards his back and went into his heart. Sam still tried to exit the lane but he couldn't. He fell on the road and the spirit took Sam's spirit and put it in his 'Spirit Prison'. Sam saw that thousands of spirits were being tortured and one of them was Katie. One of the torturers came to torture Sam. Soon the spirit came to his prison and laughed at everyone. Sam and Katie knew this was the end of their beautiful lives and they kept recalling their memories till their spirits vanished from earth.
